What MFA/2FA method do you support?
We support time based one time codes through apps like Authenticator/Authy.
We advice our users to activate it through account settings directly after they have created an account.
What information do I need to sign up?
Just use a valid email address and verify it to signup.
Can I create more than one account?
No. Each user may only have one account.
If our system detect that you have multiple accounts, all accounts will be blocked and your funds will be frozen.
What are the customer support hours?
We are available for chat daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm UTC+3 Monday to Friday.
Out of these working hours, you can submit a ticket and we will be back to you through email as soon as possible.

What type of card do you offer – debit or credit?
We provide virtual debit cards, designed for secure and convenient online payments without the need for credit checks.
How many cards can I issue?
You can issue 1 up to 10 cards.
But keep in mind that every card will incur a monthly card maintenance fee.
If you need more than 10 cards, kindly contact customer support.
What can I use No-KYC virtual cards for?
You can use our cards for nearly any online purchase—subscriptions, digital tools, e-commerce, software, and more.
Can I use them on Amazon, Netflix, or Spotify?
Yes! As long as the platform accepts international cards, you’re good to go.
Do the cards work for booking hotels, flights, or travel services?
Absolutely. Our cards are compatible with most major travel booking platforms.
How can I use your cards for online purchases and subscriptions?

Can I use it offline or withdraw cash from ATMs?
No, they are designed only for online transactions and cant be converted to cash or added to Google Pay or Apple Pay for offline spending.
What are card spending limits?
You can spend up to $5000 per single transaction.
No daily or monthly limits.

Am I eligible for a refund on transactions made with your card?
Yes, absolutely. Refunds are supported and typically take up to 10 days to be processed and reflected in your card balance. Please note that refund transaction fees may apply.

Do the cards work worldwide?
Yes. Our cards can be used from any country with no geographic restrictions.
Are there any country-specific blocks or limitations?
No. As long as the merchant accepts virtual international cards, you’re covered.
Will I be charged foreign transaction fees?
Yes. You can read more details in our Fees Structure page.
What currency are the cards issued in?
USD by default. Currency conversion is handled by the payment gateway at the time of transaction.

Do the cards support 3D Secure (3DS)?
Absolutely, they are available by clicking 3D Codes button in virtual cards section inside your account dashboard.
What if a website asks for billing info?
In most cases, you can enter any billing address without issues. However, for sensitive platforms—such as parcel and shipping services—we recommend using the billing address provided on the card details page. This ensures a smoother transaction experience, even if the billing address does not match your actual location.

Do I need to submit any personal documents?
No. That’s the point. Our cards require zero KYC—no ID, no paperwork, no verification.
Will my name appear on the card?
You can use any name you prefer. These cards are designed for full privacy.
Can I use the cards on adult or erotic platforms?
No, Its not compatible with such uses
Is using No-KYC virtual cards legal?
Yes, completely legal—as long as they are used for legal activities. Our cards are issued through authorized financial institution in Estonia.
What billing address should I use while using cards online?
You can enter the billing address of your choice, it may be real or fake address, but must be in the regular form for addresses

Are there any fees?
We aim for transparent pricing. Card creation and top-ups may include small service fees—check the pricing page for details.
Is there a spending or funding limit?
Up to $5000 per transaction, no daily or monthly limits.
🔄 Support, Refunds & Renewals
What happens if my transaction fails?
Try again or contact our support team—we’ll help troubleshoot it for you.
Can I request a refund if the card doesn’t work?
Yes, you can withdraw money from card(s) to your account main wallet, block the card and send us a withdrawal request.

What is the card expiry date?
Our cards expiry date is 3 years from the date of issuance .
What if my account main wallet doesn't have enough balance to cover card monthly maintenance fee
You will be sent an email reminder 5 days before maintenance fee due date.
If after 30 days there is no enough balance at your main wallet, you card will be automatically blocked and any funds you have on card will be withdrawn automatically to your main wallet.
