Our platform is designed to offer transparent, competitive, and privacy-respecting financial services. Below is a detailed breakdown of all applicable fees.

🔐 Account & Wallet Fees

• Account Funding (Main Wallet):
  2% fee — Currently Free for a Limited Time

• Exchange Between Internal Wallets:
  $1 + 2% fee — Currently Free for a Limited Time

• Send to Another User (Internal Transfer):
  $1 + 3% fee

💳 Card Fees

• Card Issuance:
  $15 (One-time)

• Card Monthly Maintenance Fee:
  $10/month, charged after 30 days from issuance.

• Card Top-Up:
  14%+ $2 per load/Topup

• External Wallet Withdrawal:
  Withdrawals to an external USD (TRC20) wallet incur a $3 + 5% processing fee. This is a manual process and will be completed within 10 business days.

🧾 Transaction Fees

• Minimum Transaction Fee*:
  $0.87 (applies to transactions under €30)

• Refund Fee:
  $0.87

• Declined Transaction Fee:
  $0.87 + 1%

• Blocked Card Fee:
  $0.50 + 1%

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Minimum Transaction Fee applies only to purchases below €30~$35.

• Declined Transactions occur when the card has insufficient funds.

• Credit Limit Exceeded means your main card account lacks sufficient balance.

• Blocked Card Transactions happen when a card you manually blocked is used.

• No additional fees apply to successful transactions over €30.

* The monthly card maintenance fee is automatically deducted from your main wallet balance. To avoid any service interruption or card blocking after the 30-day period, please ensure sufficient funds are available. We’ll send you an email reminder 5 days in advance so you have time to top up if needed.
