Issuing Fee: 3% (added automatically to the cart with every card purchase)

Monthly fee (if you bought 1 extra month validity): $2

(Every issued card is valid for 30 days)

Small transactions (Under 10 USD of consumption): 0.15 USD

Foreign transaction fee (non-USD purchases):

Completed： Under $35:         0.5 USD per transaction;

                         Over $35:            1.5% per transaction

Decline:

USD purchases：        0.15 USD per transaction

non-USD purchases： 0.5 USD per transaction

Refund fee:

USD purchases：           0.15 USD

non-USD purchases： Additional charge of 0.5USD

*Please note that third-party fees, network fees, and a conversion spread may apply.

*Small purchase fee: “Small purchase fee” refers to the flat fee charged when the transaction amount is below a set minimum threshold.

*Foreign Transaction Fee: “Foreign Transaction Fee” refers to fees incurred when the payment currency for the transaction is non-USD.

*Decline fee: “decline fee” refers to fees incurred when a transaction fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons

*Declined fee (non-USD purchases):” Declined fee(non-USD purchases) ” refers to fees incurred when a transaction fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons and the payment currency of the transaction is non-USD.

*Refund fee: “Refund Fee” refers to the fee incurred when a transaction is refunded

*Refund fee(non-USD purchases): “Refund Fee” refers to the fee incurred when a transaction is refunded and the currency returned is a non-USD.

*When the balance in the card is insufficient to cover consumption charges, relevant handling fees will still be deducted even if the consumption fails.
