Welcome to our platform — a secure, private, and seamless way to manage your no KYC financial activities.This tutorial will walk you through all the key features of our platform from creating your first no KYC card to managing your funds, activating 2FA, and getting help.

How to Make a Deposit

  1. login to your account.
  2. In your dashboard, you’ll see a green card displaying your wallets balance — click “Deposit” to add funds. Alternatively, you can tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner and select “Add Money.”

3. The deposit wizard will open, allowing you to enter the desired amount and proceed with the funding process.

4. Once you’ve sent the funds to the provided address, wait approximately 5 minutes, then click “Check.”
As soon as the transaction is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard with your updated balance.

5. If you’re unable to complete the transfer immediately, you have up to 2 hours to finalize it.
To do so, go to the Deposit section and click the “Deposit History” button in the top right corner.
Locate your most recent deposit request and click the “Pay” button to continue the process.
If more than 2 hours have passed, you’ll need to initiate a new deposit request.

How to Create/Issue No KYC virtual card

  1. Once logged in, go to your account dashboard and click the “Virtual Card” button on the green wallet card displaying your balance.
    Alternatively, you can tap the menu icon in the top-left corner and select “Cards.”

2. On the Cards page, you can view your existing cards or issue a new one.
To create a new card, click the “Issue Card” button in the top-right corner.
Then, simply enter the amount you’d like to load onto the card and click “Issue Card” to proceed.

3. You’ll then be taken to your newly created card’s page — your no-KYC card is now ready to use.
Click “View Card” to access all card details, including the balance, CVV, and expiry date.

How to Make Purchases with 3D Secure & linking your card to PayPal

While you can use your card directly with any online merchant, this tutorial uses PayPal as an example.

  1. Go to the Cards section and click “View Card” to access your card details — including the 16-digit card number, CVV, and expiry date.
  2. During checkout on your chosen website, enter these card details along with any billing address.

Tip: Most platforms accept any valid billing address, but we recommend using a realistic one for smoother verification.

3. Click “Submit” to send the 3D Secure verification code to the associated mobile number.

4. Go to the Cards main page and click the “3D Codes” button located in the top-right corner.
5.A popup will appear displaying the verification codes needed to complete your payment.

What Are the Wallets in My Account, and What’s the Difference Between Them?

Your account includes two separate wallets: the Main Wallet and the Bonus Wallet.

  • Main Wallet:
    This is where your deposited funds are stored. You can use your Main Wallet balance to issue virtual cards, top them up, and cover monthly maintenance fees.
    Any funds withdrawn from your cards are also returned directly to your Main Wallet.

  • Bonus Wallet:
    This wallet holds your earned rewards, such as the signup bonus, referral commissions, or rank upgrade bonuses.
    You can transfer funds from your Bonus Wallet to your Main Wallet anytime to use them for card-related actions.

How to Exchange Between Wallets:

  1. From the left-hand menu, click “Wallet Exchange”.

  2. In the “From” field, select the wallet you’re transferring from.

  3. In the “To” field, select the wallet you’re transferring to.

  4. Click “Exchange Now” to complete the transfer.

How to Top-Up (Reload) Your Card

While you initially top up your card during the issuance process, you can reload it anytime afterward.

  1. From the left-hand menu, click “Cards” — or simply click the “Virtual Card” button on the green balance card on your dashboard homepage.

  2. Find the card you want to reload and click “View Card.”

  3. Inside the card page, click the “Top-Up” button.

  4. A popup will appear where you can enter the amount you’d like to add. The selected amount will be automatically deducted from your Main Wallet balance.

  5. Click “Top-Up” to complete the process.

How to Withdraw Funds from Your Card to Your Main Wallet

You can withdraw funds from your card to your Main Wallet at any time — whether you’re planning to block the card, reuse the funds for issuing or topping up another card, or simply want to move your balance.

  1. Go to the Cards section and click “View Card” on the card you’d like to withdraw from.

  2. On the card page, review your current balance.

  3. Click the “Withdraw” button to transfer the available funds back to your Main Wallet.

Note: Withdrawals are instant and fully available for reuse within your account.

How to Withdraw Funds from Your Main Wallet to an External Wallet (Refund Request)

You can request a refund or withdraw your funds to an external wallet at any time by following these steps:

  1. First, withdraw any remaining balance from your card(s) to your Main Wallet.

  2. Then, block the card(s) if no longer needed.

  3. From the left-hand menu, click “Withdraw.”

  4. Fill out the withdrawal request form.

    Please note: This is a manual process handled by our team and may take up to 5 business days to complete.

  5. Click “Submit” to send your request.

⚠️ Important: Always withdraw your card balance to your Main Wallet before blocking the card. Blocking a card with funds on it may result in permanent loss of those funds.

How to Block a Card

Blocking your card is quick and straightforward. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Cards section and click “View Card” for the card you wish to block.

  2. Check if the card has any remaining balance.

  3. If so, withdraw the funds to your Main Wallet first.

  4. Once the balance is cleared, click “Block Card.”

⚠️ Important:
If a blocked card is later involved in a transaction attempt, a transaction fee will be deducted from your Main Wallet.

How the Referral Program Works

At our platform, we believe word of mouth is the most powerful form of marketing — and we reward our loyal users for spreading the word.

  • After logging in, you’ll find your unique referral link on your account dashboard.

  • When someone signs up using your link (or enters your username in the referral field during registration), you’ll earn a commission on every dollar they spend on the platform.

  • To track your referrals and rewards, head to the “Referrals” section in the left-hand menu.

  • All earned rewards are automatically credited to your Profit Wallet.

How to Secure Your Account: Enabling 2FA/MFA Authentication

Although our platform is protected by SSL encryption, we strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA) immediately after your first login. This adds an extra layer of protection to your account and funds.

Follow these simple steps to enable 2FA/MFA:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click the menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner and select “Settings.”

  3. Choose “2FA” from the settings menu.

  4. Download an authenticator app on your phone (e.g., Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy).

    Skip this step if you already have one installed.

  5. In your authenticator app, click “Add Account” and either:

    • Scan the QR code shown on your screen, or

    • Manually enter the secret key if scanning is not possible.

  6. Enter the verification code generated by the app into the field on the screen.

Your 2FA/MFA setup is now complete, and your account is more secure.
