*Small purchase fee: “Small purchase fee” refers to the flat fee charged when the transaction amount is below a set minimum threshold.
*Foreign Transaction Fee: “Foreign Transaction Fee” refers to fees incurred when the payment currency for the transaction is non-USD.
*Decline fee: “decline fee” refers to fees incurred when a transaction fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons
*Declined fee(non-USD purchases):” Declined fee(non-USD purchases) ” refers to fees incurred when a transaction fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons and the payment currency of the transaction is non-USD.
*Refund fee: “Refund Fee” refers to the fee incurred when a transaction is refunded

*When the balance in the card is insufficient to cover consumption charges, relevant handling fees will still be deducted even if the consumption fails.

Instructions for using cards
1. If there are five consecutive ultra-small pending transactions, with a payment amount showing $0, your card may face suspension.
2. Please do not bind any payment financial products, cryptocurrency, or other high-risk platforms.
3. Please avoid having your card transactions rejected for the following reasons, as multiple rejections may result in the card or account being frozen. Reasons include INT’L PURCHASES NOT ALLOWED, MCC not allowed, MCC IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE, MCC IS INVALID, INVALID PROCESSING CODE
4. Card overdraft may result in card suspension. Unlocking requires a recharge.
5. Please avoid high-frequency transaction decline. If the decline rate exceeds 15%, and there are five consecutive rejections, your card will be canceled.

Digital products are non-returnable items this includes:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
We only allow the return of cards that have never been used, and a refund will be issued for the card value only (card issuance fees are non-refundable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
