- External Wallet Withdrawal:
Withdrawals to an external USD (TRC20) wallet incur a $3 + 7% processing fee. As we are non custodial and your funds is sent directly to the issuer, this is a manual process and will be completed within 10 business days according to issuer withdrawal policy .

Minimum Transaction Fee applies only to purchases below €30~$35.
Declined Transactions occur when the card has insufficient funds.
Credit Limit Exceeded means your main card account lacks sufficient balance.
Blocked Card Transactions happen when a card you manually blocked is used.
No additional fees apply to successful transactions over €30.

* The monthly card maintenance fee is automatically deducted from your main wallet balance. To avoid any service interruption or card blocking after the 30-day period, please ensure sufficient funds are available. We’ll send you an email reminder 5 days in advance so you have time to top up if needed.
